As a HPE Admin agent you will be communicating with HPE customers, Representatives, Tech Support, and Upper Management by phone and email, to provide the very best customer service. You will also work closely with your peers and our team in Kolkata to resolve issues in a timely manner.


Resolve outstanding cases while staying in our SLA.
