QUALIFICATIONS

  • 60 day tenure
  • No written warnings
  • QA above 85%
  • Excellent attendance is a must
  • Currently doing L1 or L2 work
  • Ability to communicate at a professional written and spoken level
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Commitment to OnProcess and execution of our Core Values
  • Excellent time management
  • Be willing to work a schedule that may range from Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm.

 

As a Phillips Lifeline agent you will be communicating with Lifeline customers and caretakers by phone, to provide the very best customer service and assist them with new equipment activation and or asset retrieval.  

Goals:

Assist customers with new equipment activation and or asset retrieval with a 1 call resolution.
