As a Phillips Lifeline agent you will be communicating with Lifeline customers and caretakers by phone, to provide the very best customer service and assist them with new equipment activation and or asset retrieval.
Assist customers with new equipment activation and or asset retrieval with a 1 call resolution. Commitment to meeting or exceeding client’s performance goals for install rates in LHC and 4G. Install rate goal for LHC is 85% and 4G is 90%.
