Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the EMEA Sales Department and partners of OnProcess Technology to develop, implement, and deliver tactical marketing communications projects and research. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will research new logos sale leads for Sales team. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will input and brainstorm ideas for new digital advertising content that drives traffic, engagement and leads for OnProcess. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will directly organize and manage the EMEA marketing events that OnProcess host and participate in throughout the year, including executive events across Europe (e.g. OnProcess hosted Executive breakfasts, evenings, webinars or round table events), as well as OnProcess’ participation in various conferences.  With these responsibilities, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also perform administrative and coordination duties to support the sales team with their clients and internal organization.


Skills and Competencies

  • Event management, coordination and hosting (for small scale but C-level events); organize venues, logistics, themes and pre/post communication. Manage invites and drive sales team to ensure attendance. All related publicity and event followup.

  • Create and schedule organic social content for OnProcess platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Write and edit collateral content aligned with OnProcess brand voice
  • Coordinate with partners to create valuable relationships and packages that will increase audience awareness, and work with vendors to pull quotes and ensure prompt delivery of materials to relevant service providers
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Experience in social media platforms and web-based project management tools

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing or a related field, agency or internal marketing department is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exemplar administrative experience and prior skills supporting Executives is a plus
  • Flexibility and ability to work three days a week (flexible hours, arrangements to be confirmed on individual basis)
  • Friendly, energetic and vivacious attitude and work ethic
  • A willingness to work with a remote team
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Salesforce experience a plus
