Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition
The Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition serves a critical role at OnProcess Technology in sourcing, hiring and retaining strong and diverse talent for our thriving organization.
As we continue to digitize our internal and external platforms, this individual will help design and then maintain our new ATS platform globally, shape and promote our employer brand, and strategically position the talent acquisition function to optimize our ability to create a strong bench. In addition the individual will oversee our high volume hiring in the US and corporate hiring globally.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Partner with managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Manage our corporate hiring including managing vendor relations with executive search firms
- Oversee our high volume hiring for the US market
- Oversee the global ATS platform including an upcoming transition to a new ATS system
- in the fall of 2021
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Liaise with talent acquisition partners in our other geographies to ensure consistent practices and best practice sharing
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless on-boarding experience for employees
- Shape and continue to refine our Employer Value Proposition and ensure this is appropriately reflected in our online and print materials.
- Develop and execute a personal time management plan.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience with ATS systems
- Experience with attracting and hiring diverse talent
- Experience working in a global company
